WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ENQUIRIES FOR NEW PPI CLAIMS.

Generally, if you didn’t make a complaint to your provider on or before 29 August 2019, you can no longer claim money back for PPI by complaining to providers or the Financial Ombudsman Service. Some lenders may, in some exceptional circumstances still accept PPI complaints, please check with individual lenders for details.

When you make a claim through MMT, we aim to recover 100% of any premiums that you have paid, plus any interest paid on those premiums and where possible a further 8% in statutory interest.

 

Fees will apply if you decide to take on our services in full and allow us to act on your behalf. Please see our Service and Fee Agreement for more information.


Note: Your PPI claim starts with a Free PPI Check, our PPI Claim fee of 20% + VAT (so 24%° of the total redress offered by your lender) is payable if your claim is successful. That means if we don’t recover you anything, you don’t pay us a penny

You can submit a claim directly to the lender yourself for no charge. You can also approach the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme for free to review your case, providing it falls within their remit and you have approached your lender first.

The PPI Deadline

PPI Deadline 29th August 2019

The Financial Conduct Authority has now set the deadline for reclaiming PPI - 29th August 2019.

If you feel you were mis-sold PPI or unsure if you had this on any of your loans, credit cards, mortgage or store cards, you have until 29th August 2019 to submit your complaint to the lender, or you will be unable to recover any money that may be rightfully yours. Contact us today to start!
