Money Advisers

Our Money Advisers are hardworking, dynamic and the heartbeat of our contact centre. They ensure we speak to you at the most convenient time and make sure you are connected to the right Adviser for your situation

Reclaim Advisers

We have various teams of Reclaim Advisers; each trained in their specific field of expertise. They will ensure you are given the correct advice about each potential claim and start the investigation process by sending you your Welcome Pack.

Claims Handlers

Once we have all your paperwork signed and returned our Claims Handlers will contact your Banks and Creditors to start the complaint process. They will be your point of contact throughout your time with us and be able to answer all of your queries and questions.
They will also be the person that calls you to give you the good news should you be offered a refund!
