Our Fees and Charges, Service and Fee Agreements and Cancellation Rights
If you enter into an Agreement with us, there will be fees involved. There is no charge for any initial advice we provide you.
We review and assess our fee structures on a regular basis to ensure customers receive value for money for the services we provide. This page will give you all the information on our Fees and Charges, our Service and Fee Agreements and details about how to cancel with MMT.
Money Reclaim Fees and Charges
If we pursue a reclaim service for you, there will be fees involved. You won’t pay us anything unless we’re successful in winning your claim, in which case you will pay us 25% of the total redress offered plus VAT. These fees can be spread out with a payment plan if the redress is used against any arrears.Fee Examples:
- Full Refund example
Refund of premiums £2,000 Reduction of loan £0 Total amount recovered £2,000 Our fees on this matter would be £600.00 (25% = £500.00, VAT = £100.00) Consumer receives – £1,400
Partial Refund example
Refund of premiums £1,500 Reduction of loan £500 Total amount recovered £2,000 Our fees on this matter would be £600.00 (25% = £500.00, VAT = £100.00) Consumer receives – £900
No Refund reduction of loan example
Refund of premiums £0 Reduction of loan £2,000 Total amount recovered £2,000 Our fees on this matter would be £600.00 (25% = £500.00, VAT = £100.00) Consumer pays – £600

How to Cancel
If you choose to enter an Agreement with us, you have the right to cancel the agreement within the cooling off period, which is 14 calendar days from the date we received your signed agreement. Please see below for more details.
Money Reclaim Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, there will no charge for any work completed on your case(s).
If you wish to cancel outside of the 14 day cooling off period, please contact your Claims Manager or complete a cancellation form and send to us
If you wish to cancel your Reclaim Service, you can do this by contacting your Claims Manager, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR you can either download the below form and send to us or complete the electronic form.
